Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

Disclaimer: o1o Digital Mall operates across multiple countries. These policies are provided in good faith but we recommend having them reviewed by a licensed legal professional in each jurisdiction you operate in before relying on them commercially.

Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026
1.Acceptance of terms
By engaging o1o Digital Mall ("o1o", "we", "our", "us") for any service, or by using our website at o1o.store, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2.Services provided
We provide digital services including Website Development, Content Creation, SEO & AEO, Digital Marketing, AI Ads & Video, and Business Consulting. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed with the Client.
3.Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information, required assets (logos, brand guidelines, copy where applicable), and access to any platforms necessary to deliver the work. Delays caused by missing input may shift the delivery timeline.
4.Payment terms
Projects require a 50% deposit to commence, with the remaining 50% due on completion. Payments are accepted in NOK, EUR, GBP, USD, AUD and CAD via bank transfer or international payment platforms such as Revolut and Wise. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may pause active work.
5.Revisions
Each deliverable includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional rounds beyond that scope may be quoted separately.
6.Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the Client owns the final delivered assets specific to their project (custom code, content, and designs commissioned for them). Third-party components, open-source libraries, and o1o's pre-existing tools and methodologies remain the property of their respective owners. o1o retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client objects in writing before delivery.
7.Business consulting disclaimer
Any business consulting, market entry, or operational guidance we provide is general and practical in nature. It is not a substitute for licensed legal, tax, immigration, accounting, or regulatory advice. For formal filings, registrations, or advice on your specific situation, we will refer you to a qualified local professional in the relevant jurisdiction. You are responsible for any decisions or filings you make based on our general guidance.
8.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, o1o's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
9.Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. If terminated by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable and any additional work completed to date will be invoiced. If terminated by o1o without cause, we will refund any prepaid amounts corresponding to undelivered work.
10.Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged during an engagement, including business plans, strategy, credentials and financial information. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
11.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which o1o Digital Mall is primarily established at the time of the agreement (jurisdiction placeholder — confirmed in the individual engagement contract). Disputes will be resolved in good faith through direct negotiation before any formal action.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
